At the beginning of January Benson started going to wrestling practices. He really enjoys it! I think it is very helpful in preparing him for many other things in life. At the beginning of practice they run laps. Next they stretch. After all of that they learn some new positions and moves. At the end of the evening they have some time where they practice their new skills with other kids their age.

That is a bigger class than I was picturing when you said he was in wrestling! Looks like fun! I hope he makes a lot of friends there.
It is a pretty big class, they actually have four seperate classes! Wrestling is pretty big down here. :)
