Benson is holding up the pinata that I made for Benson's class treasure hunt. We decided that instead of having the kids have another Easter egg hunt, that we would have them go on a treasure hunt for a pinata filled to the brim with candy!
Cecilia was excited to get her very own package from Grandma Robyn! She received these very cute clothes!
Benson is finishing up his picnic lunch. Julia's package from Grandma somehow became delayed in the mail, and so she received the next day. Here is her new set of clothes.
For the last part of our Spring break trip we went up North and visited family. On Saturday we went to my parents local park for an Easter egg hunt. It was at 9:00 AM. So we hurriedly threw on our clothes so that we could make it to the park in time. It was pretty funny, because when we made it there I realized that Julia's pants were a little floodish! She had put on Cecilia's pants by mistake. It was also very cold, and so the two little girls were huddling up with Grandma while we waited for it to start. All three of the kids together. The result of this Easter egg hunt was very different than it ever has been! Cecilia had by far more eggs than the older two!
Later in the Day we went to the movie Rio with my family! It was very cute!
After the movie we went to one of our favorite places! Willow Park in Logan has always been an exciting place for my kids. They love to feed the ducks.....or maybe even themselves!!! If you look closely at the picture it looks like Cecilia is about to eat a piece of duck food! I was casually teasing Cecilia about this picture and she told me that she really did not eat it....you decide.
Julia did not want to leave, but after I took a few more pictures I could convince her that it really was time to go!
Later, that same day we drove down to Ben's Dad's house and the kiddos were able to dye Easter eggs with their cousin Johnny! It was so nice of Mary to help the kids out. She boiled all of the eggs and got everything ready for the kids. She helped them figure out what they were doing too.
It was fun to be at Ben's Dad's house for Easter, and also for Stephen's last talk before his mission. We had Ben and his brother get in a picture with all of the little boys!

For some reason, this post didn't show up in my blog list. :(
But, I'm glad I found it! I just have to say, your kids are so adorable! Cute, cute, and cute!
I think that pinata was a great idea! And, you planned such fun activities to celebrate Easter, I'm sure your kids had a blast!
Benson and Alton can be twins this summer in their Mario shirts... although I won't be surprised if your Mom provides other opportunities for them to be twinners too! I'm pretty excited to see all your family. My kids talk about your kids and it makes me happy that they know and love their cousins. Now I just need my turn to see them and you!!
